WARRANTY

All products are covered under the Act and Ordinance nr.449/2003 nr.21/1992 .

At the request of the security is required presentation of the product and invoice .

All products are handmade by artisans and workshops in Romania .

When the product 's warranty , it will be sent along with the object in the package.

RETURNS POLICY

Clent has the right to notify by e -mail to waive the purchase without giving any reason within 10 days of receipt of product. In this case you will receive the full amount paid , after returning the product. You will receive email instructions on implementation of the these options.

If the product is damaged due to transport , it will be replaced at no extra cost on your part , please check the package contents delivery, in the presence of the carrier . If the product is damaged , please mention it in the form of transport and immediately reclaim this at : vanzari@traditionalart.ro . If the package arrives damaged to you, please refuse to accept it . Otherwise, any claim is void.

DELIVERY

Method of delivery: by courier . Responsibility for safety belongs to it. All our items are packaged properly so as to avoid damaging them during transport .

Whatever the product, the delivery is made to the address communicated by the customer for any of the items are in stock , as follows:

a. Delivery in Bucharest and in the country

a.1. Rate :

Fixed Price : 27 lei

For gift packaging type , charge an additional fee of 10 lei .

On orders over 500 RON parcel delivery is free.

a.2. Delivery time:

Delivery time for products availability " In Stock " 1-3 days for payment in cash to the courier , or 2-4 days for payment by the bank.

For products available " stock " delivery date will be notified in the invoice .

b. Supplies abroad

Depending on the country of destination , price and delivery time will be confirmed via email .

Purpose of data collection is use for the billing of products ordered.

You are required ( a) to provide data, which are needed to create the invoice for products ordered . Your refusal results in the cancellation order.

The recorded information is to be used by the operator for the delivery of products and communicated only by you .

According to Law no . 677/2001, have the right to access and modify the data, the right not to be subject to individual decisions and the right to appeal to justice . However , you may object to the processing of your personal data and request deletion . If some of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible .
